Nutella Cake

Ingredients you’ll need?

8 eggs;
2 large egg whites;
1 cup Nutella;
1/2 cup sugar;

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 360F.
Beat the eggs with the Nutella.
Prepare a cake form (18cm diameter) and brush with butter and cover with baking paper.

Bake for about 35-40 minutes.

For the topping, beat the egg whites with the sugar until form a hard snow and then pour it onto the chilled cake.
Then add it back into the oven until the topping turns golden.

Decorate with seasonal fruits.
