Muffin with Raisins

Necessary products:

115 gr. White flour;
115 gr. wholemeal flour;
1 tsp baking powder;
55 gr. Sugar;
55 gr. Butter, diced;
1/2 tsp cinnamon;
55 gr. Raisins;
150 gr. Buttermilk;

Method of preparation:

Preheat the oven to 200C/395F. Sift flour and baking powder into a large bowl and discard the remaining bran. Pour the sugar and stir. Add the butter and rub it until the mixture looked like breadcrumbs.
Add cinnamon and raisins and stir.
Pour and buttermilk and if the bottom of your bowl remains flour, pour a little more buttermilk.
Once the mixture becomes soft dough, move it onto floured surface and mix.
Shape a few tortillas and arrange them on a tray covered with baking paper.

Bake for about 20-25 minutes, until pale gold and rise.
