This will be one of the easiest cheesecakes you ever made, I promise! I didn’t believe at the beginning, but since the first time, I prepared it a few more. I think that this can be a good base so if you can use your imagination and have some experience in the kitchen, you can improvise and make something really good.
But for now, let’s start with the easy-betsy preparation and I’ll leave to you to decide if you’ll do it again or not 🙂
120 gr. white chocolate;
120 gr. cream cheese;
Put the chocolate to melt in a water bath and during this time separate yolks from egg whites.
Beat the egg whites until hard snow.
Stir the melted chocolate with the cream cheese and add the yolks.
Finally add and the beaten egg whites, stirring carefully with a spatula.
Pour the mixture in the form of falling walls with diameter of 18cm. If you do not have such little tray, you can use casserole, buttered and covered with baking paper. This will help you to turn the cheesecake easier.
Bake in a water bath for 15 minutes and then cool for another 15 or until it is completely cool to turn it on easy.
The next photo is with one piece already cut and missing… may be this was the first time I’m shooting some photos of a cake and when I tried it, couldn’t fight myself and eat it all.
