Fast cake with figs

Ingredients:

250 gr. four;
3 eggs;
100 gr. brown sugar;
120 gr. soft butter;
50 gr. raw ground almonds;
120 ml. milk;
2 tsp baking powder;
Pinch of salt;
250 gr. fresh figs;
Sliced almonds;

Preparation? It’s like piece of cake!
When the butter has stayed at room temperature long enough to soften, stir it with the sugar, then add the eggs one by one.

In a bowl mix the dry ingredients and add them on pieces to the egg mixture.
Alternate the flour with the milk until all the products are well mixed.

At the end pour into baking pan that is buttered and covered with baking paper.

Mix the ground almonds with butter and sprinkle them on the top of the cake.

Bake for 30 minutes until ready.
