Blue cheese tart with pears

The perfect fast and tasty dinner for two! Send the kids to friends and pour a glass of wine for you two!

Ingredients:

1 package puff pastry;
A few big pears;
100 gr. sliced almonds;
100 gr. blue cheese;
200 gr. unsweetened cream;
3 eggs;

Preparation:

Litter dough in pan and put paper on a baking tray on top and filled with rice, beans or pounded with another heavy pan.
The idea of this activity is the dough to rise only at the end and at the base to order other products. And to get something like baking pan of puff pastry.

bake it in 200C/395F for about 15 minutes.
Prepare the pears as cut them lengthwise and remove the seeds and veins.

Cut them on cross sections slightly on top and arrange the finished tray of dough.
Beat the eggs and mix with the cream.
Cut the blue cheese with fork and spread onto the puff-pan. Pour the cream mixture on the top.

Spread the almonds and bake for 25 minutes until ready.
Leave it to cool and arrange with mint leaves.

Don’t forget to pour some more wine 🙂
