Rice with chanterelles

1 cup rice (whatever you like);
1 1/2 cup cut and washed chanterelles;
300 ml. cooking cream;
5-6 tbsp butter;
a few sprigs of dill;
A few tbsp Parmesan cheese;
2 tbsp Pine nuts;

Boil the rice as you know.
While it simmer on low heat, put in a hot frying pan 2-3 tablespoons butter, and when it is warm enough, pour and cleaned and chopped mushrooms.

Add salt and leave to braised. Stir occasionally and finally leave until the water you put the mushrooms has evaporated completely.
During this time chop the dill and add it to the mushrooms with a little pepper.
To the cooked rice, pour the cream and stir to distribute evenly. A few minutes then add the mushrooms and pine nuts, and finally the grated some Parmesan.
Stir again and leave for a few minutes over low heat.

Bon apetit!
