Baps with fresh milk without kneading

1 cup flour and a little to knead the dough;
1/2 tsp salt;
1 tsp baking powder;
60 gr slightly soft butter + a bit of dubbing the cake before baking;
1/4 cup milk;
A little grated Parmesan cheese for sprinkling;

In a bowl mix the flour, the salt and the baking powder.
Then add the soft butter and mix with your hands until you have a mixture like a wet sand.

Add the milk and mix again.
Spread some flour on the counter and pour the mixture and roll it out, roll the edges to the middle and roll it out again. Repeat it a few times.
This way we will form a dough without kneading.

Cover the pan with baking paper, cut out circles from the dough and order them onto the baking paper.
Spread with the melted butter and sprinkled with grated Parmesan.

Bake in preheated oven at 230C/450F for about 10th min and light golden color.
