Delicious chocolate cookies with white chocolate chips for the Christmas eve with the kids! Heat some milk with cinnamon and give them the cookies! 🙂
2 1/2 cups flour;
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa;
1/2 tsp soda;
1/2 tsp salt;
1 cup soft butter;
140 gr. Of brown sugar;
100 gr. Of white crystal sugar;
1 tsp vanilla;
2 large eggs;
100 gr. Chocolate droplets;
80 gr.raw crushed nuts;
Mix in a bowl the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. In another bowl beat the soft butter with both sugars and the vanilla until fluffy texture.
One at a time add the eggs to the sugar mixture and stir constantly. Then add spoon by spoon the flour.
The dough should not be too hard or soft.
Finally, add the chocolate and crushed nuts and stir to evenly distribute.
Leave it to cool in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile you can preheat the oven to 200C/390F and prepare the pan covered with baking paper.
Using a tablespoon, scoop from the mixture and shape a cookie.
Bake for about 12 minutes, do NOT overcook! leave them to cool slightly in the pan.
Store in tightly closed box with a lid.
