Instant oatmeal cookies with chocolate



300 gr. oatmeal;
3 eggs;
150 gr. brown sugar;
2-3 tbsp full grain flour;
Pinch of salt;
lime zest;
Chocolate for topping;

Start with baking the oatmeal in a pan while they have golden color. Then add the eggs one by one, the flour, the sugar, sald and the lime zest.

Leave the mixture in the fridge for a few hours and then using a spoon scoop and form a cookie. Arrange them into a baking tray over baking paper and bake for 15min over 180C/350F.

Then start with preparation the topping and melt the chocolate in a water bath and add some butter.

When the cookies are cool enough, dunk them into the chocolate.
