The red-white cookies

Ingredients:

3 cups flour;
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa;
2 tsp baking powder;
1/4 tsp baking soda;
3/4 tsp salt;
3/4 cup soft butter;
1 1/2 cups sugar;
3 large eggs;
1 tbsp milk;
1 tsp vanilla;
2 tsp lemon juice;
1 tbsp Pastry red paint;
1 cup white chocolate pieces;
1/2 cup powdered sugar;

Preparation:
Mix the flour, the cocoa, the baking powder and the salt into a bowl.
In another bowl, beat the butter with the sugar until fluffy and add the eggs one at a time with continuously stirring.

Add the milk, lemon juice, vanilla and paint until everything is homogenized.

And the chocolate to the butter mixture and then start adding the dry ingredients and stir until well mixed.

Then add the mixture to the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Form sweet shape of small balls and roll them WELL in powdered sugar and then arrange them onto the baking tray that is covered with baking paper.

Bake in preheated oven at 180C/350F for about 12-13min. When the cookies are ready, leave for a few minutes to cool and move them to a metal grille.
