200 gr. Crumbled cheese;
1 cup yoghurt;
100 ml. oil / melted butter /;
1 tsp salt;
1 tsp soda;
400 gr. Flour;
100 gr. Grated cheese;
1/2 tsp sugar;
Sift the flour and pour the crumbled cheese, the egg, the melted butter, salt and yogurt in which you have added the baking soda.
Form a soft dough and add more flour if necessary.
Spread the grated cheese as you leave little for sprinking on the top.
Let the dough to “rest” for aout 30 minutes. During this time, preheat the oven to 200C/385F. Shape small balls and sprinkle them with cheese, then arrange them onto the baking tray that is covered with baking paper and bake until golden color and ready.
