Ingredients for 15 pieces Coconut cookies:
225 gr. Flour;
1 1/2 tsp baking powder;
125 gr. Oil;
100 gr. Coconut;
2/3 cup milk;
120 gr. Of brown sugar;
Mix the flour with the baking powder, the vanilla and the soft butter and stir until it forms crumbs.
Add the eggs, the milk and finally the sugar and stir well.
Add the coconut to the mixture.
Preheat the oven to 165C/350F.
Spread some melted butter into the baking form and pour in every form from the coconut mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes to dry stick.
Keep an eye to avoid the burning 🙂
when they have nice golden color, take them out and pour yourself a hot coffee!
