Pumpkin muffins



200 g. Flour;
1 tsp baking powder;
1 tsp cinnamon;
1 tsp soda;
1/2 tsp nutmeg;
2 eggs at room temperature;
90 gr. Of white sugar;
120 gr. Of brown sugar;
60 ml. olive oil;
240 gr. Pumpkin puree;
80 gr. Chocolate chips;
50 ml. milk;

Method of preparation:
The oven was heated to 180C °.
Flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices and chocolate chips mixed in a bowl.

Beat the eggs with the sugar and add them the milk, the olive oil and the pumpkin puree and mix everything to homogenize the ingredients.
Pour the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until blended both mixtures.
Pour the mixture into muffin molds and bake at moderate oven for about 20-25 minutes or until ready.
