1 cup sugar / can and brown /
~ 150 g. Cherry / can and frozen /
2 cups flour
1/2 cup yoghurt
1/2 cup water
3-4 tbsp cooking oil
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 box of chocolate truffles
Mix the egg, the flour, the sugar, the oil, the water, the cinnamon, the vanilla and the baking soda (which was previously mixed into the yogurt).
Add the cherries. If you’re using frozen, make sure that there isn’t any water leftover.
Full the muffin baking shapes and put in a chocolate truffle in each of them in the middle. Pour some more of the mixture to cover the truffle. Do not fill the forms.
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and bake until dark golden color.
